A little about me…

My Mission

I seek to bridge the gap between science and public engagement. The traditional ways of design and business are not working - with me, you do not have to choose between sustainability, ethics, and beauty. Together, we will create meaningful designs and craft stories that reflect our passion for a better future.

Slice of Life

I am a full-time wildlife biologist and artist in Berthoud, Colorado. My art has taken on many forms throughout my life, from charcoal drawings to acrylic portraits, and now nature photography and digital art. In 2019, I began to realize the numerous ways that I could apply my creativity to wildlife conservation and advocacy, so my online store was born. Truthfully, ANY skill or expertise can benefit conservation! Feel free to message me with any questions about the environment, life as a scientist, or to say hi! When I am not creating, I am likely in the lab, reading science publications, or volunteering with endangered Black-Footed Ferrets.

I sell my artwork to both sustain myself as an artist and give back to the animals that inspire me. I do this by donating a percentage of my profit to support organizations, causes, and research projects. Past recipients include Wildlife Friends Foundation, California Wildlife Rescue, and the Whale Sanctuary Project. Follow me on Instagram for the chance to vote on which organizations receive my seasonal donation!

You can support me by ordering from my Etsy store, following me on Instagram, and recommending my services to friends and family! My Patreon will be coming soon.
